EVEREST HIGH PASS TREK  

 

​ITINERARY


Day 01:    Kathmandu(1310m/4298ft). Pick up at the airport and transfer to hotel.

                  Briefing for the trip, free day. 



Day 02:    Kathmandu to Lukla by flight and trek to Phakding (2610m/7903ft). 30 min flight              

                 and 3 hours walk. 





Day 03:    Phakding-Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft). 5:30 hours walk.





Day 04:    Acclimatization day At Namche Bazzar. 5 hours walk.





Day 05:    Namche Bazaar to Thyangboche (3857m/12,670 feet). 5 hours walk.





Day 06:    Tengboche to Dingboche(4410m/14468ft. 5:30 hours walk.





Day 07:   Second acclimatization day in Dingboche (4410m/14468ft) Hike to Nagarjun

                 Hill (5050m/15291ft). 4:30 hours walk.





Day 08:    Dingboche to Chhukung( 4730m/14322ft). 3 hours walk. 





Day 09:   Chhukung to Lobuje(4910m/16108ft) via Kongmla pass (5525m/16729ft).

                 8:30 hours walk.



Day 10:    Lobuche to Gorak Shep to Everest Base Camp (5363m/17595ft) and back to 

                 Gorak Shep. 7:30 hours walk. 



Day 11:    Hike to Kalapathar(5545m/18192ft) and overnight at Zongla (4710m/15453ft).

                  6:30 hours walk.





Day 12:   Zongla to Thagna(4500m/14764ft) via the Chola-la cross(5420m/17782ft). 

                 6:30 hours walk.





Day 13:    Trek to Gokyo lakes (4790m/15715ft). 4:30 hours walk.





Day 14:     Hike to Gokyo Ri and back to Gokyo Lake. Walking 4:30 hours.





Day 15:     Trek over Renjo Pass (5345m/16184ft) and continue trek to Rermo Pokhari  

                  (4875m/14761ft5). 6:30 hours walk.





Day 16:     Trek to Thame (3800m/11506ft). 5:30 hours walk.





Day 17:     Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft). 5:30 hours walk.





Day 18:     Trek down to Lukla (2804m/8490ft). 6:30 hours walk.





Day 19:     Fly back to Kathmandu early in the  morning.





Day 20:     After breakfast transfer to the airport for departure from Nepal.

SEASONS: February, March, April, May, June, September, October , November and early December.
